In 2005, the Lexington Park/Lexington Place Homeowners Association became a mandatory entity. What does this mean? It means that all homes in both neighborhoods must pay their association dues each year. Failure to pay could result in the filing of a lien against a property, preventing the future sale of the property. Your dues pay for landscaping at the entrances and pool area, facilities maintenance, insurance, and utilities at the entrances, among other important aspects of our neighborhood.  It also gives us the ability to protect you as a homeowner by allowing us to enforce covenants, which help us keep our subdivision looking pristine.

Becoming a paid member of our Homeowners Association is easy! The association dues are $350 for 2009. You can pay your dues all at once or you can pay in two installments. The first installment of $175 will be due on February 15 and the remaining $175 will be due on March 15. All accounts that are unpaid by March 15, 2009 will be charged a 15% late fee and will accrue interest thereafter. Access to the facilities will only be granted to paid members of the association. Please contact Association Management Advisory Group to arrange payment of your dues.
