Declaration of Protective Covenants for Lexington Park and Lexington Place
Our covenants are the legal documents which every home in our subdivision is protected by, and they also give us the legal authority to act, protect, and maintain our subdivision. Our subdivision became a mandatory Homeowners Association in 2005. This means that EVERY home must abide by the covenants and EVERY home must pay their association dues. A copy of our standing Covenants and Declarations, including all of the Articles, can be downloaded here for your perusal. Feel free to save a copy to your computer for your own referencing, or print up a copy from this file. Click the link above in order to view them. *** Please note that these covenants are lengthy and over a typical broadband connection, may take up to 3 minutes to download. Not recommended for dial-up users. (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader-- link provided below)
At the request of the HOA Board of Directors, AMAG makes a monthly ride through to check for any homes that are in violation of our protective covenants. If you are in violation of a particular covenant, you will be cited. Click here for the Covenant Violation protocol.
