Our Homeowners Association is managed by a Board of Directors comprised of residents of the neighborhood. Their job is to make sound decisions in the best interest of our subdivisions, plan social events to unite the community, and maintain the neighborhood facilities. The Board of Directors is elected in December of each year. The Board is assisted in its operations by Association Management Advisory Group (AMAG). AMAG handles all of our financial business, takes care of covenant compliance, finds and secures vendors, and handles neighborhood concerns. Mike is married to a teacher and has two sons in college. He works for Container Graphics Corporation. He has lived in Lexington Place for 10 years.
Shea is married with two young daughters. He is a real estate broker and purchased his Lexington Park home in 2008.
Lance married to an American citizen and has one son. He came from England and works locally. His company decided to manufacture their product in America, which he oversees here in Lawrenceville. He is interested in American history and some aspects of the culture. He is thankful for some of the freedoms the US still has and the high living standards. Curiosity of the HOA has led him to become a board member. He sees this as a way to get to know people, be helpful and to satisfy his curiosity on the inner workings of the HOA.
Keith is retired but still working. He moved from New York to Lexington Place October 2007. Keith is married with four great and lovely children and five lovely and spectacular grandchildren. He has been a real estate broker for many years. Keith has performed mission work in five countries and is a teacher of Biblical Theology. He is very active in church ministry. This is Keith's third term as a Board Member.
